Headai MCP Server — operated by Headai Ltd.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Service description

The Headai MCP Server provides a Model Context Protocol interface to Headai's Core Engine APIs for workforce intelligence, skills analysis, and knowledge graph operations. The server acts as a stateless proxy — your API key authenticates directly with the Headai Core Engine.

2. Account and API key

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

4. Intellectual property

Data you submit remains yours. Knowledge graphs, scorecards, signals, and other outputs generated from your data are owned by you. Headai retains rights to the underlying algorithms, models, and ontologies.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Headai Core Engine has capacity limits (2 cores per API key). We may introduce usage limits, rate limiting, or maintenance windows with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Headai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
